God does speak to us... i remember at the start of the year after moving school Auntie Kooi Lian saying," This year will be a very interesting year for you. God has told me so... so just work hard and do your best." Yes the year was interesting, it was just facinating... my results steadily improved, i finished top 25 in the national interschools sailing championship in july in the B div Byte class. what else happened? lots more! got some new fishing tackle, scored 100 fish on fly in june, 350 fish in the year end holiday, i learnt to fly raptors and have found a new interest- birds which has made me think about taking vet science as a first degree after national service. Marine biology is also on the menu.
I finished at the end of the year with 1s for add math, physics (2nd in level[so unbelievable]), economics (also 2nd in level [THANKS MUM! U HELPED A LOT!]} and chinese {God's grace}. 2s for english, math, biology and lastly, a 3 for chemistry which was also fantastic as i thought i would fail chemistry and like... i was honestly not confident of myself.
I studied a lot of the time and hardly played but when i did get off my bum and away from my desk, i played as hard as i could and i can honestly say that i fished till my arm was aching! God has changed me to someone more diciplined and i pray that he will continue to shape me to shine for him.
memories memories... some of them hurt some of them don't. the hard work was sure hurting immediately after the exams but when the results came, i was so shocked i forgot all about the work and almost fell off my chair! i remember i cried when my girlfriend and i split up. i think i was an extremely horrible boyfriend as i didnt call her or message her much. so it caused us to grow apart.
well.. the holidays were alright just that some people didnt spend my bday with me and i ended up working.. aww well.. it was fun.. actually,i've been working almost the whole holiday so yeah... like that... tomorrow is a holiday and i'll be studying.. i'm knocking off from work now.. its my last day...
